Bringing Pet Wellness Into the Workplace with CIBC Square
Recently, we partnered with CIBC Square, a place that’s setting a new standard for community, creating workspaces and places to connect, socialize, and celebrate culture and cuisine across two office towers spanning 3 million square feet.
CIBC Square is home to pawsome offices like Microsoft, BDC, Hines, and many more, and proudly serves as the global headquarters of CIBC. Conveniently connected to the waterfront, the Financial District, and Union Station, it’s a space where work, city life, and community truly come together.
With the support of their incredible concierge team, we collaborated on Blue Mondays, an internal employee wellness initiative designed to bring small moments of joy into the workweek.
Through vetted therapy dogs and thoughtful experiences, Blue Mondays creates space for connection, calm, and smiles and this time, that joy not only came with four paws, but also with our Petsie handmade peanut butter treats
As part of the event, we created a customized version of our organic dog treats, exclusively for the CIBC Square community. Each biscuit was individually stamped with their name and paired with custom packaging. Seeing employees stop, smile, take photos, and share stories about their pets or how excited they were to take the treats home to their dogs and just reminded me exactly why We do what we do.
A beautiful reminder of how lucky we are to share our lives with pet companions, and a powerful example of how pet friendly initiatives can transform corporate spaces into truly pawsome communities. We genuinely believe that when companies support pet parents, the impact goes far beyond the office.
