Introducing a new member to our Dog walking Petsie family is always a special occasion, but this time, it's a bit more meaningful. Allow me to introduce you to Harry! Harry is my family’s beloved dog from Mexico, who has now made Toronto his home and now is part of the Petsie Family.
Harry's Journey: From Adversity to Joy
Things haven't always been easy for Harry, which is why he holds such a special place in our hearts. As a puppy, he had to be rehomed, but from the moment we welcomed him into our lives back home in Mexico, he became family.
At just 10 months old, Harry was involved in a car collision, resulting in the loss of one of his legs. Despite this challenge, his resilience and spirit shone through. Adapting to life with a disabled pet wasn't easy, but we never gave up on him—and we never will.

After my little sister moving to Toronto, we felt something was missing and the time was finally right for Harry to join us. So, in February of 2024, Harry flew from Merida, Yucatan to Toronto, Ontario, where he experienced his first winter—and he loved it! Sometimes you can find him making new friends @Stackmarket so If you ever see him around CityPlace or Fort York, dont be shy and say Hi!
Harry may have only three legs, but don’t let that fool you. He runs with the enthusiasm and speed of a dog with five legs! always excited for his next solo dog walk or group walk with Petsie Dog walking. His boundless energy and joy remind us every day of the strength and resilience that animals possess.
Last May, my sister and her partner tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony. We had the special honor of being their dog wedding attendants, and our beloved Harry was a star of the day! Here he is, proudly posing with his dog parents at the city hall. 🐾❤️ A Pawsome Wedding Moment 🐾❤️
