Dear Pawkee Customer,
After several months of thought and discussion, it is with sadness that we are announcing the closure of Pawkee Pet Sitting and Dog Walking. However, there is good news! Joanne and Julie are each starting their own separate companies and your service will not change!Ā Julie Martin will be operating as HeyPetsie.comĀ and we are still both providing pet sitting and dog walking services. The change will happen on October 1st 2022, at which time Pawkee.com will no longer be taking bookings, however our new companies will. There will not be any down time in providing services, so the transition to either Duets or Petsie is aiming to be as seamless as possible.
Both companies will continue to use Time to Pet as their software, so the booking system will not change, other than the name of your service provider. If you have credit or an existing package with us, this will be transferred in full.

We have had the most amazing 6 years managing Pawkee, thanks to our wonderful customers both human and furry. This has not been an easy decision to make, but we feel both personally and professionally that this is the best way to continue providing the highest level of care to your pets.Ā
